Developed a web-based help desk system for managing IT support tickets, status tracking, and agent-user communication. Implemented role-based authentication and authorization using ASP.NET Identity and JWT. Built ticket assignment, SLA tracking, audit logging, and CRUD operations using Entity Framework Core and SQL Server.
Medical Test Booking Web App
Built a web application enabling users to book lab tests, schedule appointments, and manage reports. Designed Django ORM models and performed full CRUD operations with optimized SQL queries. Delivered a responsive, accessible UI improving overall user experience and navigation flow.
Fresh Cart – E-Commerce Platform
Developed a full-stack e-commerce platform for buying and selling fresh and homemade products. Implemented user authentication, product listing, cart management, and order processing workflows. Designed and optimized MySQL database schemas for users, products, and orders with secure data flow. Applied secure coding practices across frontend and backend, reducing SQL injection vulnerabilities.
